Latest Issue of Zminijietna issued - Zminjietna to hold Public debate on Economic Growth in Malta

The latest issue of quarterly review Zminijietna has been published. The review deals with a number of socio-political themes from leftist perspectives.

The leading article of Zminijietna is Michael Briguglio's analysis of the Malta Labour Party's chances of winning the next general elections. Other opinion pieces include David Pisani on privatisation of public services and
companies in Malta; Victor Degiovanni on the significance of 11th September; James Debono on the modernization of Malta; Noel Agius on Racism, A. Pert on the development of democracy; and the first part of an analysis of ethical public procurement in Malta by Nina Zita.

Zminijietna also includes various statements by Zminijetna  - Voice of the Left on issues such as part-time work, VAT, and housing.  The review also includes various news items including the election of the new committee of
Zminijietna - Voice of the Left,  the launching of Zminijietna Left Youth,  Cuba's health system; and other news.
